Three different questions

The community beginner reference separates race and talent rolls from the later class choice. Treat them as different records: what your race grants, what the talent changes and which combat kit your class supplies. A recommendation for one field does not prove a required answer for the others.

Dragon is named, but its numbers are not

The official title currently advertises Dragon Race. That confirms the update label; it does not establish a roll probability, exact bonus or guaranteed unlock route. We do not publish a numerical race ranking from the title alone.

Before rerolling

Write the passive you currently have and the problem you want to solve. Read whether the reroll replaces an existing result and what it costs in the current interface. If a guide does not state its source or version, do not treat its rarity percentages as verified.

Use a limited comparison

Try the current character’s normal combat loop before deciding a roll is unusable. Record one concrete limitation. Keeping the class constant while evaluating a passive makes the comparison easier to interpret than changing race, talent and class together.
