Already linked, but Nintendo progress is missing on PC?

Supergiant documents the following workaround for that specific problem. It is not the ordinary first-time connection procedure.

It creates a cloud conflict deliberately. If the PC slot already contains progress you want to keep, or you cannot identify the correct Nintendo save, contact support before following it.

  1. On PC, create a new game in the slot where the Nintendo save is expected, then close the game so it uploads.
  2. On Switch or Switch 2, open Play and select that slot's cloud conflict. Choose the save with the most progress.
  3. Continue that save and enter a new location to trigger saving. Pause and choose Sync & Quit, then check the save on PC.

If the expected save still does not appear

Use the official support guide's If All Else Fails section or email support@supergiantgames.com. Include your platform; the guide also specifies the log file to supply for your operating system.

This account follows the developer's documentation; we have not performed the transfer.
