Fatigue changes your options

The developer explicitly warns that getting tired slows you down. No public regeneration rate or per-punch cost was confirmed. Use your current stamina display and observable movement rather than a fabricated numeric threshold.

A short practice routine

In AI practice, begin from a comfortable distance and throw a brief, deliberate attack. Stop attacking, move back to a safer distance and watch recovery. Repeat with the same action. The goal is to recognize when you can defend and move comfortably, not to empty the bar on every exchange.

Compare useful work with wasted work

After a round, count the patterns you can remember: repeated misses, attacks outside range, long strings after the opening closed and defensive panic. Pick one pattern to reduce. This is more actionable than concluding that every loss requires a different build.

Do not turn recovery into a guarantee

An opponent can pressure your reset. Keep attention on distance and defense while recovering. The drill offers a way to observe your own limits; it does not establish a safe duration, optimal combo length or tested stamina breakpoint.
