Draw the handoffs before optimizing the room

Schedule1 Tools provides a blueprint planner with employee-route and production views. Use it to represent the work you need done: where inputs arrive, which station uses them, where output goes and who moves it. A compact room is not automatically a functioning production chain.

A four-part production note

PartWhat to record
Input storageItem and quantity assigned to this chain.
WorkstationRequired input, output and current assignment.
HandoffWho moves output and where it goes next.
Final storageThe capacity and destination for finished stock.

Diagnose the first stopped step

  1. Follow one batch from its starting storage instead of watching every employee at once.
  2. If a station is idle, check input, assignment and available output space separately.
  3. If output is ready but not moved, inspect the next handoff and destination before changing the recipe.
  4. Change one route or assignment, then repeat the same batch. Keep the previous layout as a reference.
  5. Only expand the chain after one full cycle works.

Budget capacity and wages explicitly

Use the limits shown by your installed version for each worker and station. The planner is a design aid, not proof that every route is navigable in-game. Record wages and other recurring costs in the batch profit tool, and do not count the same expense in both unit cost and fixed cost.

Save a recoverable plan

Keep a blueprint link or exported plan if the external service provides one. Label it with game version and property. We have not imported a blueprint or simulated employee pathfinding; blocked routes and current assignment limits still need checking in the actual game.
