Can PC and PS5 players join the same session?
Enshrouded did not support cross-platform play at its 1.0 launch. Keen’s October 13 FAQ said the feature was in development, without an estimate. The official news index checked on October 19 contained no later announcement enabling it.
A group split between PC and PS5 therefore cannot rely on the launch version for a shared session. Decide on a common platform before buying another copy or arranging hosting.

The platform listings give different player limits
These figures come from the official store listings checked on October 19. They describe the editions’ advertised limits, not the capacity of every rented server.

Crossplay and save transfer are different questions
The FAQ does not provide a crossplay release date. A console launch or a new patch number does not establish that platforms can connect; that needs an explicit feature announcement.
