The latest notice says maintenance is finished

Pokémon Sleep’s October 22 notice says the stability work and app-version update are complete. The same notice promises a complimentary Gift Box item at a later date. It does not specify the contents or delivery time, so there is no verified reward amount to claim from this notice.

Update the app, then check your own result

The version 3.9.0 notice instructs players to update through their app store. Once the installed version is current, open the app and review the status shown on your device. A service-wide completion announcement does not prove that an individual account has received a future gift or that a particular sleep record has synchronized.

  1. Check for the Pokémon Sleep update in the app store used by your device.
  2. Confirm the installed version, then reopen the app.
  3. Read any current in-app notice before repeating a failed action.
  4. Check the relevant sleep record or Gift Box directly; record the result you actually see.
  5. If the issue persists, keep the exact message, device and app version for support.

Some changes are immediate; others have later dates

The update improves the recipe list: unmade dishes show required ingredient amounts, and filters help organize recipes. Gengar’s ingredient-finding chance is increased. The announcement also schedules later additions rather than claiming all new content is already active.

Check event news before looking for a Mythical Pokémon

The patch assigns Mew to Good Sleep Day #40 and Darkrai to New Moon Day #19, with Mew no longer appearing in that New Moon event. Use each event’s current notice for its requirements and timing. This is a change to encounter context, not a guaranteed encounter on your next research session.

Eevee Halloween has a separate fix notice

A second October 22 post reports that an Eevee (Halloween) behavior and display issue was resolved with a server update. The notice does not describe a manual repair or compensation procedure. Avoid treating an older screenshot of the issue as proof that the current app remains affected.
