Firstlight Noya is the featured ★5 Trekker in At the First Piercing Light. The announcement gives an end of November 9, 2026 at 19:59 (UTC−7). The associated My Guiding Star Disc uses a separate banner. These are different recruitment pools with different ticket types.

Two counters have different rules
The first 120 recruitments on the Noya banner award a one-time bonus copy. That bonus does not carry to the next banner. Separately, unsuccessful attempts to obtain the featured Trekker accumulate across Limited Trekker Banners, independently of other banner types. A counter that carries over should not be read as a promise that the 120-recruitment bonus carries too.

Limited tickets expire
Destined Dawn Limited Tickets are consumed before Cerulean Tickets. The limited Trekker ticket and limited Disc item expire at the announced November 9 deadline; unused ones are removed. The announcement also says Noya and My Guiding Star will not enter their respective permanent pools after these events.

Translate the deadline before setting a reminder
November 9 at 19:59 in the explicitly stated UTC−7 offset is November 10 at 02:59 UTC, or November 10 at 10:59 in Beijing/Taipei. These are conversions of the published fixed offset. Use the in-game countdown as the final check if a local clock or an updated notice differs.
A deadline is a useful inventory reminder, not a reason to spend beyond a limit you chose beforehand. The announcement does not give enough information here to calculate an expected cost or a complete probability model.
