Plan around tracked sleep, not just the review button
The event bonus applies to sleep tracked inside its window. Reviewing an older session during the event does not make that session eligible. A second daily sleep session does not receive the event candy bonus. Use the event’s 4 a.m. rollover when checking which day a session belongs to.

Make room for the Halloween encounter
Eevee (Halloween), Misdreavus and Mismagius receive the highest appearance-rate boost named in the notice. Eevee (Halloween) Incense comes from limited missions and becomes usable October 26 at 3:00 p.m. Costume Pokémon cannot evolve. Greater appearance rates are not guaranteed encounters.

- Read the limited missions before starting the week so you know which reward unlocks the incense.
- Plan normal sleep tracking within the event window; avoid relying on a delayed review to change eligibility.
- Check the incense’s displayed usability time and the relevant research session.
- Review what you actually encountered before changing the next day’s plan.
The shop closes after the research event
The bundle notice lists availability from October 26 at 6:00 a.m. until November 3 at 3:59 a.m. That extra shop time does not extend the research bonus. The S, M and L packs have different contents and purchase limits; compare the official list with items you already have before deciding whether any pack is useful.

Keep the week’s plan simple
Choose the participation area first, then organize missions and incense around your usual sleep routine. A rare result is not required for every session to be useful, and a disappointing first research does not establish that a bonus failed.
For status checks, the October 22 Eevee fix notice says the reported behavior and display issue was resolved on the server. If a problem remains on your device, compare it with the current notice and app version rather than assuming it has the same cause.
